Important information

• Prices are per apartment per day including all taxes , excluding final cleaning and city tax
• In case of a late arrival or an early departure we need to take a full payment!
• We only accept cash payment (no cards)
• Check-in: 3 p.m.
• Check-out: 10 a.m.
• We are a non smoking house.
• A deposit of 3 days is requested. You will get  our bank details with your confirmation. The deposit is valied as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 2 months before arrival you can cancel with us free of charge.
• 60 - 30 days before the day of arrival we charge 40% of the total costs.
• 30 - 7 days before arrival we charge 80% of the total costs.
• 7 - 1 days before arrival we charge the total amount (100%).
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booked stay will be booked stay will be charged.

Our tip: Take out travel cancellation insurance with “Europäische Reiseversicherung” (European travel insurance)
